3B's portable microprocessor-controlled device has a quartz-controlled time base for observing periodic movements and measuring frequency and rotation speed. This sturdy, easy-carry case contains a built-in Xenon flash tube and photo thread and is easily mounted on a stand. Continuous frequency adjustment in two ranges is possible using the coarse and fine setting control knobs. The 4-digit digital display permits readings of the chosen flash sequence per minute.
